CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

All orders over $40 will automatically have FREE US SHIPPING (Standard 2nd Class) and a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders up to $40.00.

During busy periods please allow up to 14 days from shipment, once the shipment is sent I cannot gather any further information unless the order is sent UPS or Tracked (options available at checkout)

Standard US Shipping by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for, once the order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding your delivery, please note some First Class deliveries DO NOT have tracking codes.

If you would prefer a faster delivery, we recommend using the UPS option at the checkout.

STANDARD DELIVERY

The standard tracked UK (mainland) delivery is free on all product orders of over £40.00 (less shipping) any order below that amount will be charged a standard fee of $5.00

Currently, Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For is used for all orders under 2kg, we use a courier service standard delivery for larger orders. The aim is to ship your product(s) within 3 days of confirmation of order placed and delivery may take up to 7 days dependent on the time of year and Royal Mail services. If there are any delays in your shipment, we suggest you contact Royal Mail in the first instance to check, before contacting us.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, send us request to return via email clearly stating your return request. Your item must be unused with tags intact and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging along with order number and or receipt.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-reTURNable items

  • Downloadable software products
  • Customized products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at orders@abdulq2.sg-host.com and we will explain the process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping your returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
